Watch Lo-Fi Suite in action

This changes everything.

Drag sections
into any order.
120 configurations.

Most plugins give you a fixed processing order. You get what the developer decided. With Lo-Fi Suite and Lo-Fi Digital, you drag the sections into whatever order you want — and the processing chain updates in real time. Put the Bit Crusher before the Ring Modulator and the modulation runs through already-decimated audio. Flip them, and the ring modulation gets crushed afterward. These are not subtle differences. Put Vinyl before Cassette and you're dubbing a record to tape. Flip them and you're pressing a cassette mix to vinyl. Sections physically animate as they move — you see the chain reshape in front of you. There are 120 possible orderings of five sections. That's 120 different plugins hiding inside one.

Lo-Fi Suite — Analog Module

Five worlds
of analog decay.

The records people still listen to — the beats people still replay — they all carry the mark of a medium. The snap of a needle. The saturation of a cassette head. The quantization noise of early digital samplers. Imperfection is what makes sound feel real, feel present, feel human. Lo-Fi Suite gives you that imperfection — with complete, surgical control over exactly how broken you want things to sound.

Section 01
VINYL
The complete vinyl playback chain. Surface noise and groove wear from magnetic degradation, slow wow pitch drift, fast flutter speed instability, stochastic crackle, pitch/speed control, and a real RIAA equalization curve — the actual sound of a needle reading a groove through a phono preamp.
Wear Wow Flutter Crackle Speed RIAA EQ
Section 02
CASSETTE
Magnetic tape in all its flawed glory. Bias controls tape magnetization — under-biased sounds bright and harsh, over-biased sounds warm and rolled-off. Hiss adds the broadband noise floor. Azimuth misaligns the tape head for high-frequency smear. Dropout introduces signal loss. Noise Gate shapes the hiss envelope rhythmically.
Bias Hiss Azimuth Dropout Noise Gate
Section 03
RADIO
Broadcast transmission in both flavors. Bandwidth narrows the frequency response of the signal. Compress adds the aggressive squashing of broadcast limiters. Interference introduces RF static and signal instability. Tune drifts the receiver off-center. AM/FM Mode toggle changes the entire transmission character — mono voice-band warmth vs. stereo drift.
Bandwidth Compress Interference Tune AM / FM
Section 04
TELEPHONE
The switched telephone network's 300–3400 Hz band. Lo Cut sets the high-pass rolloff from 100 to 800 Hz — bass-less and focused on speech formants. Rolloff attenuates the highs. Crunch adds saturation from overloaded switching equipment. Line Noise adds 60 Hz hum and static. Clip pushes the line into hard distortion.
Lo Cut Rolloff Crunch Line Noise Clip
Section 05
ROOM
Not a reverb — a physical space with character. Spring emulates spring reverb tanks: bright, metallic, chaotic — the sound of a guitar amp or vintage studio gear. Size scales the room volume and pre-delay. Decay sets the tail. Rattle adds mechanical sympathetic resonances — things on shelves that shake when the bass hits. Diffuse controls reflection density from sparse and tile-like to dense and fabric-like.

get destroyed.
At 60fps.

At the top of each plugin sits a real-time waveform display running at 60 frames per second. Lo-Fi Digital is crisp and digital — clean lines, sharp edges, like a hardware test instrument. Lo-Fi Suite uses a CRT phosphor glow aesthetic — the trace has warmth and persistence, like a vintage oscilloscope with a P31 green phosphor screen. Each active section also shows a per-section activity indicator. When signal is passing through an enabled section and that section is doing something audible, the indicator lights up. Watch bit-crushed quantization steps form in the waveform. See ring mod sidebands reshape the signal. Watch vinyl wow pitch-drift the trace live. Stereo LED output meters show the post-processing level at all times — so you can see clipping after heavy processing before it reaches your mix.

Lo-Fi Digital — Digital Module

Five tools of
digital destruction.

Lo-Fi Digital focuses on digital artifacts: bit reduction, sample rate manipulation, wavefolding distortion, glitch effects, and ring modulation. If the sound you're chasing lives in old samplers, early digital hardware, corrupted media, or experimental electronic music — this is your plugin. These are not filters. They are machines.

Section 01
BIT CRUSHER
Reduce audio to as few as 1 bit. The SP-1200 lived at 12 bits. The Game Boy lived at 8. Bit Depth sets the resolution from CD-quality 16-bit down to a two-level square wave. Dither softens quantization edges with calibrated noise. Noise Shaping pushes quantization artifacts into higher frequencies, sculpting the grit into something more musical.
Bit Depth Dither Noise Shaping
Section 02
SAMPLE RATE
Drop the sample rate and hear aliasing fold back into the audible spectrum as inharmonic noise — the sound of old hardware samplers and early digital equipment. Downsample controls reduction depth. AA Filter adjusts how much aliasing passes through — 0% gives you raw vintage hardware authenticity. Interpolation determines how sample gaps get filled, from harsh zero-order hold to smooth reconstruction.
Downsample AA Filter Interpolation
Section 03
WAVEFOLDER
Instead of clipping a signal that exceeds a threshold, the wavefolder folds it back on itself — generating new harmonics that weren't in the original. Drive controls how hard the signal hits the fold point. Stages sets how many times it folds — up to 5, each multiplying harmonic complexity. Symmetry and Bias shape the fold character from warm and tube-like to metallic, electric, and angry.
Drive Stages Symmetry Bias
Section 04
ZC GLITCH
When an audio waveform crosses zero, this section intercepts that moment and does something wrong with it — inspired by corrupted files, buffer errors, and transmission dropouts. Glitch Amount sets how often. Hold controls how long the artifact is sustained — from percussive clicks to extended stutters. Pitch introduces intonation artifacts during the glitch event, as if a sampler is losing clock sync.
Glitch Amount Hold Pitch
Section 05
RING MODULATOR
Multiplies your audio against a carrier oscillator, replacing the original harmonic structure with sum and difference sidebands — the source of every robotic, alien, and metallic effect. Freq sets the carrier from 1 Hz tremolo to 2000 Hz inharmonic chaos. Depth controls the wet/dry blend. Stereo spreads the phase-shifted carrier across the field for a swirling, rotating effect. Waveform switches between Sine (focused, classic), Saw (dense, buzzy), and Square (harsh, digital-edged).
